By accessing trytrellis.io (the "Site") or by using any related features, mobile applications, APIs, or services (together, the "Service"), you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and represent that you have the legal capacity to do so on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, you must not access the Site or use the Service.

The Service is an AI-powered assistant designed to help pastors and church staff manage administrative tasks. It integrates with church management software such as Planning Center to automate workflows, answer questions, and streamline operations. Customer data is processed solely to deliver these features; it is never sold, shared for marketing, or used to train unrelated AI models.

You remain the owner of any data, text, files, or other content ("User Content") you upload or connect via integrations such as Planning Center. You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service. You must not upload unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Planning Center and Google. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice.

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The AI assistant may produce inaccurate information—always verify important details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Fruit Bible App Pty Ltd. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
